When you place an order with Egyptian Home Linens, we process it according to product availability, the shipping method selected, and any customization or special instructions included with your order.
Processing and Dispatch
Eligible orders placed during our regular processing hours are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed late in the day, on Sundays, or during local holidays may be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders requiring customization, special instructions, additional tailoring, or order confirmation may require additional preparation time. Customized products may take longer to prepare than standard products.
The estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days begins after the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Carriers
We may ship orders using FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, or another suitable carrier, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent by email when tracking is available.
International Orders, Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We ship internationally unless otherwise stated.
Once an international shipment leaves India, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and delivery procedures are controlled by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information and for responding to requests from the customs authority or delivery carrier.
Delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid import charges are outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Free ground shipping is available for eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
International orders, orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, and orders shipped to other destinations may incur shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related costs.
Any applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Tracking Your Order
After placing an order with Egyptian Home Linens, you will receive an order-confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email containing available tracking information.
Tracking information may also be available through your customer account, where applicable.
Inventory and Out-of-Stock Items
Products and variants marked as available may be added to the cart. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable before the website’s inventory system updates.
If this happens, we will contact you by email or telephone to discuss the available options. These may include:
- Holding the order until the item becomes available
- Replacing the item with a suitable alternative
- Refunding the unavailable item and shipping the remaining items
- Cancelling and refunding the affected order
We aim to contact customers by the next working day after identifying an inventory discrepancy.
Quality Inspection
We follow a strict quality-control process for every order. We do not begin production when suitable fabric is unavailable or when the available fabric does not meet our quality requirements.
Before an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the finished item is inspected several times for workmanship, fabric quality, measurements, stitching, color, and overall condition.
We take great care to ensure that every product meets our quality standards before dispatch. If you believe your order has arrived with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us promptly so we can review the matter and assist you.
Because mattress sizes and pocket depths can vary, please review our size chart and measure your mattress, including any topper, before placing an order. If you are unsure which size or pocket depth to choose, please contact us before ordering.
Important: Please confirm your mattress size and required pocket depth before ordering. The correct fit depends on the mattress dimensions, mattress height, and any topper or pad being used.
Gift Certificates
Egyptian Home Linens gift certificates are delivered electronically by email, usually within one hour of purchase.
Gift certificates can be purchased in amounts from $25 to $2,500 USD.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, and defective items are handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.
